Make yourself at home
Create an account with your name, email, and a password of at least eight characters. Your signed-in workspace is saved to your account, so your campaigns and preferences are available the next time you log in.
- Overview summarizes saved campaign totals; Reports uses the daily records you import.
- Use the brand tabs to focus on a single advertising account.
- The sun and moon control switches between light and dark mode.
Plan your next campaign
Choose Create campaign, add a name and website, then select your goal, channel, location, and daily budget. Add keywords, an image or video, and ad copy. Review the campaign before saving it as a draft or marking it active in your workspace.
Open a campaign to edit its brief, audience, budget, creative, and status, or to duplicate or archive it. Keep up to three labeled copy variants for review. Campaign edits and status changes are saved in Zen ADS; they do not publish ads to Google or Meta.
Give each campaign a place on the calendar
Use Calendar’s month or week view to plan campaign dates. Add a start date and an optional end date, then set creative approval to Draft, In review, Approved, or Changes requested. Select a day to see its agenda; campaigns without dates stay in the unscheduled list.
Dates and approval states organize work inside your workspace. They do not trigger automatic publishing, change delivery on an advertising platform, or send approval requests to another person.
Build a library worth coming back to
Content library brings together the Brand catalog and My media. Add your own book covers, images, and videos with a brand, folder, tags, headline, and caption. Search and filter the library, edit an item, or archive and restore it. The library holds up to 100 personal items, including archived items.
Upload a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image to create an optimized JPEG, or upload an MP4 or WebM video up to 3 MB. You can also provide a direct HTTPS media URL and an optional video poster. Linked media must stay available at its source; a social post or video-sharing page is not a direct media file.
Choose Use in campaign or Save & use to prefill a new campaign with the selected brand, media, and copy. Review the campaign before saving. Archiving a library item keeps its file and existing campaign references.
Give your ideas a head start
In AI Studio, choose a brand, describe your offer, and select a tone and language. Generate three ad-copy variations through a server-side model request. Successful variations are saved with their model name and creation date; copy one or use it to start a campaign. Keep up to 60 saved variations.
Ask the workspace assistant a question to receive suggestions based on saved, non-archived campaigns in the selected brand, or across brands in All accounts. Each request includes your question and a scoped campaign snapshot. The assistant suggests actions; it does not change campaigns. The on-screen conversation is not saved as workspace history.
AI requests use Vercel AI Gateway and the configured model providers. Availability depends on the connection and request limits. Review facts, claims, tone, and platform limits before using generated text.
Find your place in AI answers
AI Visibility keeps discovery, comparison, and purchase-intent questions with their answer evidence. Create a dated measurement with a question set, selected engines, and optional competitor names. Repeat measurements to compare recorded outcomes over time.
For a question, choose Get model answer to request a response from the configured API model for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity. You can also paste an answer from your own research. Review whether your brand and competitors are recommended, mentioned, or absent, add an optional source link, and save the answer. Requests run when you initiate them; there is no background monitoring.
Recommendation rates describe saved answers. Measurement comparisons use matching question-and-engine pairs, so coverage matters. API answers can differ from the corresponding consumer apps and change with the question, model, or time. They do not guarantee a brand recommendation, placement, or endorsement. Export review downloads the saved visibility data as JSON.
Understand the bigger picture
In Reports, choose Import daily CSV and download the template. Use an existing campaign ID, a YYYY-MM-DD date, and values for spend, clicks, conversions, and conversionValue. Amounts are in TRY; clicks and conversions must be whole numbers. Upload, review the new and replacement counts, then confirm the import.
Each imported row replaces the record for that campaign and date. Imports preserve other dates, other accounts, and the saved campaign totals shown in Overview. A workspace can hold up to 5,000 daily records; imports must be smaller than 2 MB.
Choose a date range of up to 366 days to see daily results, campaign breakdowns, and the previous period of equal length. Missing dates appear as gaps, not zero activity; incomplete coverage affects comparisons. CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS use aggregate imported values. Export the selected records as CSV or choose Print / Save as PDF. These campaign reports are separate from your Zen ADS software-usage balance.
A clear view of billing
Your current balance is accumulated Zen ADS software usage that has not been paid. The billing threshold is TRY 30,000. Each complete TRY 30,000 block becomes a payment; any remaining usage carries forward. The provider may add applicable tax to a payment total. A higher total is collected only when that specific gross amount has been authorized.
Select Save a card with Polar, provide your billing address, and authorize automatic payments. Polar’s secure card form opens in a new tab. Adding a card does not make a payment. After authorization, new eligible usage that reaches the threshold triggers an automatic collection attempt.
Your bank may request authentication or decline a payment. Update your saved card and retry the existing payment from Billing. Pending or failed payments remain visible. You can pause future automatic payments from the payment-method section. Existing usage remains payable.
- No payment is taken when you register.
- Only verified server-side usage creates a live balance.
- Google and Meta advertising media spend is billed separately.
- Card numbers and security codes are entered directly in Polar’s form.
Keep your workspace organized
Settings stores your workspace name, display name, contact email, and notification preferences. Changing the contact email does not change your login address. Notification preferences are saved; email delivery is not enabled in this release.
Use Log out in Settings to end your session. For account access, deletion, or billing questions, contact info@zenithsolutions.ai. Include your account email, but never send your password or full card details.
