Who operates the service
Zen ADS is operated by Zenith Solution. For questions about personal data or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@zenithsolutions.ai using the email associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before acting on a request.
Information we store
We store your name, email, a salted password hash, and session records to manage your account. We also store the campaign drafts, audience descriptions, workspace preferences, and usage records you create.
Billing records can include your payment-provider customer identifier, automatic-payment authorization, billing blocks, payment status, and provider order identifiers. Billing address information is sent to Polar when you set up your payment method.
- Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords.
- Zen ADS does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Advertising workspaces do not access Google or Meta accounts.
How we use information
We use account and workspace information to sign you in, save your work, show reports, and respond to support requests. Usage and payment records support software billing and payment reconciliation.
Security controls use hashed rate-limit identifiers derived from the request network address and account identifier. We do not use the current workspace to serve third-party advertisements.
Service providers
The hosted application and database infrastructure process the information needed to operate the workspace. During local development, the database is stored on the development computer.
Payments are processed by Polar and its payment providers. Card information is entered in the Polar-hosted form. Polar handles payment data under its own privacy policy at polar.sh/legal/privacy.
The current AI Studio produces template-based text without sending prompts to an external AI model. Google and Meta ad delivery is not connected; these platforms do not receive workspace data.
Cookies and browser storage
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days unless you log out earlier. Local browser storage remembers your theme. These features do not require advertising cookies.
Clearing browser storage resets your theme preference. It does not delete the signed-in workspace or billing records held in the database.
Retention and your choices
Workspace data remains in the service database while the account is maintained, unless removed by the operator. Payment and security records may need to be retained to resolve payments, disputes, or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
You can edit workspace preferences, log out, pause future automatic payments, and contact us to request account-data access or deletion. There is no self-service account deletion screen in the current release. We will explain any information that must be retained when handling a request.
